Evaluake offers B2B cold outreach solutions, including but not limited to:

✅ LinkedIn outreach
✅ Domain/email warm-up and deliverability improvement
✅ Lead generation and email list building
✅ Campaign setup and management
Clients must ensure that:
- The information provided for outreach campaigns is accurate and complies with all applicable laws.
- They have legal permission to send emails to the provided leads.
- They comply with relevant email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
- They provide timely feedback and approvals to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
- All payments for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect ongoing contracts.
- Evaluake reserves the right to pause or cancel services if payment is not received on time.
- Refunds are not provided once services have been delivered.
- If a client cancels an ongoing service, unused services may not be refundable.
- In cases where Evaluake is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or service credit may be provided at our discretion.
- Clients must submit refund requests in writing via email to support@evaluake.com.
- Clients agree to contact Evaluake first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
- Any chargeback attempt without prior communication may result in permanent suspension of services.
- If a chargeback is filed for a completed service, Evaluake reserves the right to take legal action to recover the lost funds.
- Evaluake does not guarantee specific results from outreach campaigns, as performance depends on multiple external factors.
- We are not responsible for any damages, lost revenue, or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services.
- Evaluake reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions.
- If a client’s campaign is flagged for spam or non-compliance with laws, Evaluake may suspend or terminate the service without a refund.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes will be settled in courts located in Wyoming.
